LIBs is a type of rechargeable battery in which lithium ions move from the negative electrode to the positive electrode during discharge and back when charging. Since the light weight lithium-ion battery packs can provide the same voltage as lead-acid batteries, the trend is that the lithium-ion batteries are becoming a common replacement for the lead-acid batteries. Considering of this situation, our Xinsu global brand Li-ion battery chargers are developed and produced. The brand Xinsu global Lithium-ion battery pack chargers are very popular in the market when launching to the market. It become a very good replacement battery charger which have been widely used in home electronics, portable electronics, military, battery electric vehicle, golf carts, utility vehicles, and aerospace applications. The chargers with a 3-step charging mode, constant voltage, constant current and trickle charging. During the constant current phase, the charger applies a constant current to the battery at a steadily increasing voltage, until the voltage limit per cell is reached. During the constant voltage phase, the charger applies a voltage equal to the maximum cell voltage times the number of cells in series to the battery, as the current gradually declines towards 0, until the current is below a set threshold of about 3% of initial constant charge current. The trickle charging means charging a fully charged battery at a rate equal to its self-discharge rate, thus enabling the battery to remain at its fully charged level, this state is always when the battery is not loaded, as trickle charging will not keep a battery charged if the current is being drawn by a load. A battery under continuous float voltage charging is called float-charging too.
